Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessment

The Council is required by National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) to identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide five years’ worth of housing against its housing requirements.

The latest Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessment (PDF, 1MB) covers the five year period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2028. It identifies 13.1 years supply of deliverable land for housing in this period.
