Planning application check list
We want to help you submit applications with all the information we need to assess them. If an application is not submitted with the required information it will not be valid and we will not be able to process it.
Our check lists provide advice as to what information is required for each supporting document. You may need to refer to more than one depending on your application (eg. full planning permission and listed building consent).

These are available for electronic submission via the planning portal. If submitting in paper, only one original copy is required. All forms must be signed and dated.
