Reviewing and monitoring how well the Local Plan is performing is an essential part of the planning system.
As the local planning authority for North East Lincolnshire the Council must publish information that shows the progress of the local plan preparation, any activity relating to the duty to cooperate, indicators in the plan and any policies not been implemented. This information should be published at least annually in a document called the Authority Monitoring Report or AMR.
The AMR can also provide information to indicate whether there is a need to undertake a partial or full update of the adopted Local Plan.
The latest version of the AMR is the 2017/2018 Authority Monitoring Report (PDF) which was published in June 2019.
