Play areas across North East Lincolnshire remain closed as part of trying to limit the spread of coronavirus.
There have been reports that people have been lifting their children over locked gates despite the play areas being closed.
Councillor Stewart Swinburn, portfolio holder for environment and transport, said: “Parks and open spaces remain open, with more than 50 to choose from within the borough that can be used, while following social distancing guidelines.
“It’s really important people follow the advice issued by Government and respect that, for the time being, we have had to close our play parks due to the outbreak.
“If the park is closed and the gates are locked, please do not ignore this and lift your children over the gate. All signs are to be left in place and not taken down.
“The play areas are closed for a reason and for public safety.”
