Prohibition of Stopping on Verge or Footway (New Waltham) (No. 19-24-03) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that on the 4 May 2020 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows:

  1. To introduce a no stopping prohibition on the verges and footways in the lengths of roads in the village of New Waltham as shown on drawing TR 19-24/ 03/002 accompanying the Order

The Order will come into force on the 10 May 2020.

A copy of the sealed Traffic Regulation Order giving more detailed information including all Schedules, Plans and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for introducing the Order are available on the North East Lincolnshire Council’s Website under ‘Advertised Traffic Regulation Orders’. If any person wishes to challenge the validity of this Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is, or they are, not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with, that person may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
