THE BOROUGH OF NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
PROHIBITION OF STOPPING ON VERGE OR FOOTWAY (HUMBERSTON) (NO.19-24-04) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council, propose to make a Road Traffic Regulation
Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows:
- To revoke the existing No Stopping on Footway or Verge Order within the parish of Humberston
- To introduce a no stopping prohibition on the verges and footways in the lengths of roads in the parish of
Humberston as shown on drawing TR 19-24/ 04/002A accompanying the Order
A copy of the proposed Traffic Regulation Order including all Schedules, the relevant plans and statement of the Council’s
reasons for proposing to make the Order are available via the North East Lincolnshire Councils Website: www.nelincs.gov.uk/roads-parking-transport/traffic-and-road-safety/traffic-regulation-orders/ under ‘Advertised
Traffic Regulation Orders’.

Persons wishing to object to these proposals may do so by sending their representations in writing, including the grounds
under which they are objecting (quoting reference 19-24-04) to the undermentioned address or via the Council’s website
