Public Notice of Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order – 12 July 2018

(BOULEVARD AVENUE, GRIMSBY – 18-024)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council has made an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from proceeding along the following sections of carriageway, between the below stated times and extents:

Boulevard Avenue – from its junction with Lord Street to its junction with Lister Street

Closure will commence 18:00hrs Wednesday 11th July until 13:00hrs on Thursday 12th July 2018.

This temporary prohibition is required to safely facilitate the repacking of a leaking Service Valve in the carriageway, a plan will be available to view online.  The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however should weather or any other conditions impact the closure will commence when it is safe to do so.

The Order will come into operation on Wednesday 11th July 2018 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The road will be reopened as soon as possible.
