Looked after children placement strategy

The Child Placement Commissioning Strategy informs the current demands on our Social Care services, and how we currently provide sufficient placements for the 300 looked after children that we accommodate.

The Strategy demonstrates the recent changes over the last few years and provides a comparative commentary as to how North East Lincolnshire is performing when compared to other Councils nationally, and as regards to the national picture. It further shows how all the in-house foster, adoption, or residential placements provided by the Council are judged as of a good or outstanding nature by Ofsted in 2015/16.
