North East Lincolnshire Council has secured outline approval for a £1m grant from the Local Growth Fund to bring forward the Stallingborough Enterprise Zone for development.
The site lies to the north of the A180 Stallingborough junction and is proposed for a mix of industrial and logistics/distribution land uses in the Draft Local Plan.
The first phase of works will involve investment in utilities and other site infrastructure to make the site ready for development and will form part of a future planning application.
The Council is now seeking your views on the Final Business Case for the project. You can access the information on www.nelincs.gov.uk/have-your-say or at the council’s customer access point at the Municipal Offices in Grimsby.
Comments on the business case for the project can be sent to email@example.com until Friday 10th February 2016. Written comments will also be accepted at the council’s customer access point.
