NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL

PUBLIC FOOTPATH 4, HABROUGH

(NOTICE OF TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE)

North East Lincolnshire Borough Council hereby gives Notice that on Thursday 4th August 2022, for a period of TWENTY-ONE DAYS, or until remedial works have been completed (whichever is the earlier). The path will be reopened as soon as possible, no person shall proceed nor cause any vehicle to proceed along Public Footpath 4 from Station Road, Habrough, Grid Reference TA514634, 413585 to the highway known as Roxton Road, Habrough Grid Reference TA516985, 412865.

The aforementioned length of the Public Footpath will remain open for contractors and plant, local authority and emergency services only.

The reason for the closure is required to avoid danger to persons using the path due to a dangerous condition of a footbridge.
