Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order – 11th May 2017

(KILN LANE LEVEL CROSSING, KILN LANE, STALLINGBOROUGH – 107)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council has made, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding across the Kiln Lane Level Crossing, Kiln Lane, Stallingborough, between the dates and times below:

  • between 07:00hrs and 15:00hrs on Tuesday 16th May 2017

This temporary prohibition is required to allow the safe facilitation of annual barrier testing, at the level crossing, to be safely undertaken.  Diversion route will be signposted and detailed as: Kiln Lane – Laporte Road – Queens Road – Kings Road – A1173 – Kiln Lane and vice versa.  The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however should weather or any other conditions impact the works they will go ahead when it is safe to do so.

The Order will come into operation on Tuesday 16th May 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The road will be reopened as soon as possible.
