(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council has made, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along streets detailed in Schedule 1:1, on Sunday 31st July, 2017.
This temporary prohibition is required to safely facilitate the Great Grimsby 10k Charity Run and 2.5K Fun Run. The dates and times above are correct at the point of print. Local diversions will be signposted and plans available online at the council contact centres. Exemptions will be for authorised vehicles only:
- Liveried Local Authority Vehicles (ENGIE/ NELC)
- Emergency Vehicles (Fire, Police, Ambulance, Coast Guard)
- Authorised Contractors / Utilities / Waste
The Order will come into operation at 06:30hrs on Sunday 30tht July, 2017 and is likely to be required until 15:00 hrs on Sunday 30th July, 2017. However, the road will be opened as soon as possible, when it is deemed safe to do so. It should be noted that the Order is valid for a period of three days and may be extended with the consent of the Secretary of State for Transport, but it is not envisaged that the Order will be required for this length of time.
