Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order – 31st August 2017

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council has made, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding across the Little London Level Crossing, Immingham Road, Stallingborough, between the dates and times below:
- between 22:00hrs on Saturday 2nd September to 11:00hrs Sunday 3rd September 2017
- between 23:30hrs on Saturday 9th September to 09:45hrs Sunday 10th September 2017
- between 23:30hrs on Saturday 16th September to 06:00hrs Tuesday 19th September 2017
This temporary prohibition is required to allow the safe installation of a new ballast and replace plain line tamp, at the level crossing, to be safely undertaken. Diversion route will be signposted and detailed as: B1210 Stallingborough Road – Riby Road A1173 – Barton Street A18 – B1211 Brocklesby Road – B1210 Brocklesby – Station Road – B1210 Immingham Road – Habrough Road – B1210 Stallingborough Road and Vice versa. The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however should weather or any other conditions impact the works they will go ahead when it is safe to do so.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 28th August 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The road will be reopened as soon as possible.
