Use a health visitor? Tell us what you think about the service
Health visitors are a familiar sight across North East Lincolnshire, offering support to expectant mums and new parents.
Now, North East Lincolnshire Council is finding out about people’s experiences of the health visitor service.
The local authority is asking parents with children aged 0-5 about how they use the health visiting service, what they think of it and how it can be made better.
Councillor Margaret Cracknell, portfolio holder for health and wellbeing at North East Lincolnshire Council, said: “Being a parent can bring wonder and worry in equal measure. The health visitors have provided some very vital support to many local people during the first years of their child’s life.
“We want to hear about your experiences – what worked and what could be improved.
“This is your chance to help improve the service for others to use in the future.”
