NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF PREMISES

North East Lincolnshire Borough Council, being the Authority for the purposes of The Marriage Act 1949 (As Amended), The Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013, The Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) Regulations 2005, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made by Rosie-Ellis Barwood, 208 North Sea Lane, Humberston, North East Lincolnshire DN36 4ET being the General Manager of premises situated at and known as Cleethorpes Pearl Holiday Park – Away Resorts, 208 North Sea Lane, Humberston, North East Lincolnshire, DN36 4ET for approval of those premises for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 of the Marriage Act 1949 and the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013 and as a place at which two people may register as civil partners of each other in pursuance of Section 6 of the Civil Partnerships Act 2004 and The Civil Partnerships (Opposite-Sex Couples) Regulations 2019.

The application, together with a plan of the premises which accompanied it may be inspected by requesting an email copy of the application from: [email protected].

Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of approval of such application, with reasons for the objection by 30th July 2022.
