North East Lincolnshire Council

Universal Credit is now live in North East Lincolnshire. If you live in rented accommodation your housing costs may be funded by Universal Credit. Before making a benefits application please read the information on our Universal Credit pages to see how this could help you.

If you wish to apply for support towards your Council Tax you must also complete the Council Tax support form in our Council Tax section.

Our local taxation and benefits service is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the phone lines. It is leading to poor sound quality on calls and in some circumstances calls may be terminated without notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and our technical officers are working to fix the problem.
