What is MyNelincs?
MyNelincs is our new self-service customer portal, launched in Summer 2023.
MyNelincs is built on world leading cloud based software and offers improved case management and customer updates. Most importantly of all it is secure and very easy to use.
Our old Achieve self service portal will be closed in June 2024.
Create a MyNelincs account
MyNelincs requires you to create a new account. To do this yourself you will need an email address.
Read our terms and conditions and create your MyNelincs account now.
Moving our online services
We have been working to move all of our online services to the new MyNelincs portal. Until this work is complete we will have two customer portals, but don’t worry we will do everything we can to keep things simple.
When new services become available on MyNelincs the information and links on our website will be updated.
You don’t need to do anything different to get to the right place. To make a report or raise a case just go to the relevant topic page on our website and follow the instructions.
Council Tax ‘My Accounts’
Council Tax ‘My Accounts’ is moving soon! We are excited to announce that we are soon updating the new MyNelincs portal to include Council Tax ‘My Accounts’ information. More updates to follow soon.
For now, you can view your Council Tax ‘My Accounts’ information log in to the Achieve Self Service Portal (achieveservice.com).
