THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL (B1219 HUMBERSTON AVENUE) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) (REVOCATION) (NO.20-08) ORDER 2021.

Notice is hereby given that on the 16 August 2021 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council made
the above Speed Limit Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as
amended, the effect of which is as follows:

  1. To revoke the existing 40mph speed limit on the B1219 (HUMBERSTON AVENUE),
    between its junctions with CANNON OAKES COURT and the A1031.
  2. The revocation of the 40mph speed limit will reimpose restricted road status on the
    affected section of road and as a result a 30mph speed limit, by virtue of street lighting.

The Order will come into force on the 20 August 2021.

A copy of the sealed order which gives more detailed information including all schedules, the
relevant plans and statement of the Council’s reasons for introducing the order are available via the North East Lincolnshire Council’s website under ‘ Advertised Traffic Regulation Orders ’, or go to Traffic regulation orders.
