North East Lincolnshire Council and its delivery partner, Equans, are delighted to announce that the 5M bus service will serve the Pioneer Business Park from Tuesday 3 January 2023.
The 5M bus service currently runs from Immingham County Hotel and onto Kiln Lane. The revised 5M service, from Tuesday 3 January 2023, will run from County Hotel, serve Pioneer Business Park and then onto Kiln Lane. The 5M bus service is currently funded by North East Lincolnshire Council and the extension to the service is at no additional cost to the council.
“This is something the council requested Stagecoach East Midlands to provide,” said Councillor Stewart Swinburn, portfolio holder for environment and transport. “The council recognises how important it is for a bus service to serve the Pioneer Business Park, as businesses in these areas are growing evermore and it is important that these areas are connected to local bus services.”
