Proposed development at Land Between A1136 And The A46 West Of Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN37 9NS

I give notice that Mr Ashton Grimsby West LLP is applying to North East Lincolnshire Council, for Planning Permission – Hybrid planning application seeking:

Outline application with all matters reserved except the link road access (see full application description below) for up to 3,500 dwellings, two mixed use local centres, associated open space, landscaping, infrastructure (including the link road bridge over the River Freshney) and services to include school facilities and care facilities for the elderly.

Full permission for earthworks and strategic infrastructure provision to deliver development parcels on land to the South of the A 1136 and North of Aylesby Road, and to the North of the A46; and a detailed design of the proposed link road between the A 1136 and A46 including formation of the main access junctions onto the A 1136, the A46 and Aylesby Road (excluding details of the proposed road bridge over the River Freshney).

Reference number DM/1009/25/FUL, made on and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
