Take up a stall at Cleethorpes Seasonal Market, and with the help of the current incentive scheme, you could be one of the area’s latest trends.

North East Lincolnshire Council and its regeneration partner, ENGIE, are continuing their market trader incentive scheme for new traders.

Councillor John Fenty, portfolio holder for regeneration and skills, said: “In response to COVID-19 and the impact on the economy, we’ve joined forces with local business support organisation, E-Factor Group, to send out a very simple request – be Loyal to Local.

“As part of this, now could be a brilliant time to take the opportunity at Cleethorpes Market and benefit from local people looking to support local business.”

New traders will benefit from trading one week and getting the next week free for the first two months.

Rent is for a pitch only and costs £1.45 per foot per trading day for casual traders. If you attend for three weeks consecutively, this reduces to £1.19 per foot. For example, a 10ft pitch would cost £14.50 per trading day, with the following week free.

For more information on the incentive scheme or market trading, contact the Market Office on [email protected] or call (01472) 325836.
