Sections of wall on key Grimsby routes will be cleaned and vegetation removed on Thursday 20 August.
Work will take place on Ellis Way, between Queens Street and Holles Street, and under Pasture Street Railway Bridge on Peaks Parkway, taking one night to complete, between 7pm and 6am.
This will involve clearing invasive plants on the walls to ensure the walls remain at a good standard and extend the lifespan.
To ensure the safety of those completing the works, but minimise disruption on these key routes, a contra-flow system, temporary traffic lights and lane closures will be in place during the working hours. No road closures or diversions will be required to complete these works.
North East Lincolnshire Council’s regeneration partner, ENGIE, will be managing and overseeing the works with contractor, JK Solutions Limited, carrying out the works.
