The structural inspection is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 14 October.

It is required to form part of the planning for potential strategic repair works, if identified during the inspection.

To ensure the safety of those inspecting the bridge, temporary two-way traffic lights will be required between 9:30am and 3:30pm at the following locations:

  • Railway Place, under Cleethorpe Road Bridge, near the junction of Cleethorpe Road

No road closures will be required to complete the inspection.

The inspection will be carried out by specialist contractor, GCS Ltd, and overseen by engineers at ENGIE.

North East Lincolnshire Council, ENGIE and GCS Ltd would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused while works are carried out.
