Works to install a dropped tactile crossing point on Habrough Road in Immingham, at the junction with Stallingborough Road and Pelham Road, are set to start on Monday 19 October.
The work aims to improve road safety and create a safer crossing point for those with visibility issues.
The works will take one week to complete and will be carried out under localised traffic management (cones and barriers) between 7:30am and 6pm each day. No temporary traffic lights or road closures will be used while works take place.
The works will be managed and overseen by North East Lincolnshire Council’s regeneration partner, ENGIE, with local contractor, Southam Services, completing the works.
