THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL (ENERGY PARK WAY) (CLEARWAY) (NO.19-20B) ORDER 2020.
Notice is hereby given that on the 23 November 2020 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council made the above Road Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the effect of which is as follows:-
To introduce a 24-hour Clearway along ENERGY PARK WAY (HUMBER BANK LINK ROAD), from its junction with MOODY LANE in a north westerly direction to the south-eastern extremity of HOBSON WAY.
The Order will come into force on the 26 November 2020.
A copy of the sealed Order which gives more detailed information including all Schedules, the relevant plans and statement of the Council’s reasons for introducing the Order are available at North East Lincolnshire Councils Website under ‘Advertised Traffic Regulation Orders’.

If any person wishes to challenge the validity of this Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is, or they are, not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with, that person may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
