THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL (B1219 HUMBERSTON AVENUE) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) (REVOCATION) (NO.20-08) ORDER 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council, propose to make a Speed Limit Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the effect of which will be as follows:

  1. To revoke the existing 40mph speed limit on the B1219 (HUMBERSTON AVENUE), between its junctions with CANNON OAKES COURT and the A1031.
  2. The revocation of the 40mph speed limit will reimpose restricted road status on the affected section of road and as a result a 30mph speed limit, by virtue of street lighting.

A copy of the proposed Traffic Regulation Order giving more detailed information including all
Schedules, Plans and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for introducing the Order are available via North East Lincolnshire Council’s website on the Traffic Regulation Orders page.
