APPLICATION TO RENEW SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

To North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises known as:

OMG Adult World (Formerly The Private Shop)

Which are situated at:

189 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7HB

Renewal of Existing Sex Shop Licence

You may inspect the application at the offices of The Licensing Section, Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 1HU, Telephone (01472) 326299 during normal office hours, (by appointment only).

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 4^th July 2022.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
