NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

51 Cambridge Street, Cleethorpes, DN35 8HD

Supply of Alcohol (On and Off the Premises)

Monday to Saturday 1000 until 2300 hours

Sunday 1000 until 2200 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 25^th October 2022

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
