APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:
Haven Leisure Limited
to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises (formerly*) known as:
South Beach Supermarket
which are situated at:
Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes, DN36 4GG
The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: (Please specify any adult entertainment or services, activities or other types of entertainment)
To amend the plan attached to the licence to encompass the following changes to the premise layout:
- Relocation of main entrance
- Relocation of till area
- Extension to supermarket area
- Relocation of gondolas and additional gondolas throughout the supermarket area

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
