North East Lincolnshire Council and its delivery partner, Equans, are providing an update on the utility diversion works on Bargate.

KCOM will start their diversion works on Monday 13 November until Monday 20 November.

During this time, only a footpath closure is required on the corner of Dudley Street and Bargate. Footpath diversions will be in place and the bus stop on Dudley Street will remain temporarily suspended.

These diversion works are taking place to relocate existing assets in preparation for junction realignment and traffic signal improvement works in 2024.

More utility companies will be coming in to do their own diversion works. Updates on this will be provided in due course.
