APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises known as:

which are situated at:

97 Promenade, Cleethorpes, DN35 8SE

The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows:

                Supply of Alcohol (On and Off the Premises)

                   Monday to Sunday 1100 until 2300 hours

Live and Recorded Music

Monday to Saturday 1100 until 2300 hours

Sunday 1100 until 0000 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 16^th April 2024
