Family Information Service Directory
The Families First Information Service is a free, impartial information service for families with children aged 0-19 years. We work really hard to provide you with up to date, accurate information about services and activities for children and families. You can search our directory for information about activities that are taking place in your area. We also work with services in and around the surrounding areas to ensure that you can find a service that you may need at any given time.
We constantly work on the information provided, the way in which you can search for information and we welcome all feedback about the directory from you! If you feel there is something you would like to see on here, know about an activity or service that would benefit from being featured or find any incorrect information please let us know [email protected].

If you are looking for things to do in the holiday please follow our familiesfirstnel facebook page and FF_NELincs twitter page for daily updates.
If you’re looking for childcare, you can use the directory to search for childcare. If you would like to discuss this with an FFIS worker please contact 01472 326292 and press option 1 or email us at [email protected].
