How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website aren’t fully accessible:
- The contrast of of the visual focus indicator does not have sufficient contrast for the information icons, when the location has option has received keyboard focus (Black outline on dark blue background)
- Some elements in the source code do not pass HTML validation, there are two list items that are not associated to a correct parent element.
- The maximum zoom level is programmatically set to 2, which means some users on some devices may not be able to zoom to a level that is comfortable for them

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 12 February 2021. It was last reviewed on 12 February 2021.
This website was last tested on 12 February 2021. The test was carried out by a member of North East Lincolnshire Council’s Web Team.
We used this approach to deciding on a sample of pages to test:
The application uses one page, as it is a web-based form, for the specific purpose of booking a lateral flow test, we made the observations on that page. We also used the automated Web Axe tool, which displayed more errors than listed, such as colour contrast of text. these were identified to be non-selectable dates within the date picker and do not need to meet success criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (Minumum) level A.
