APPLICATION FOR THE REVIEW OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the Review of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as:

Cartergate News & Wine

which are situated at:

84A Cartergate

Grimsby

DN31 1RT

The grounds of the application for review are as follows:

Mrs Jeyathevi Rameshkumar is the Premises Licence Holder for the above premises. The premises are deemed to be undermining the Prevention of Crime and Disorder and the Public Safety Licensing objectives.

You may inspect the application at the offices of The Licensing Section, Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, DN31 1HU, North East Lincolnshire. Telephone (01472) 3246299 during normal office hours, (by appointment only).

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 29 September 2022


It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
