APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as:

Elle’s

which are situated at:

97 Promenade, Cleethorpes, DN35 8SE

The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows:

To extend licensable hours for all activities by two hours in the morning and one hour to the terminal timings everyday and to change the agreed plan to increase licensable area by including new patio next to the premises.

For clarity current times are:

Supply of Alcohol / Recorded Music / Live Music

Monday to Sunday        11:00 until 23:00 hours
