The recently refurbished Innovation Centre hosts 54 modern and high standard offices ranging from 20m2 to 85m2.
Located on Europarc, Grimsby’s flagship business park, the Innovation Centre provides easy access to the A180, an on-site restaurant and impressive conference and meeting room facilities.
The business centre also offers free on-site car parking and cycle storage, shared kitchen areas and CCTV surveillance.
Internet connectivity via a 1Gbps Virgin Media Dedicated Internet Access (DIA circuit).

- 24 hour access for mail collections
- Daily postal collections
- Discounted meeting room hire
- Use of photocopier facility (Usage recharged)
- Use of franking machine (Usage recharged)
The virtual business package is available for £50 +VAT per month dependent on your business requirements.
