February 2026: Cabinet have given the go ahead for the next stage of design work
A new Transport Hub is proposed to be created on a 1.6 acre site off Osborne Street in Grimsby town centre.
The hub would sit off Osborne Street which the council owns. A stretch of buildings on the site was demolished in 2025. The hub would also include the use of the car park at Garden Street.
We have had a local consultation with people and businesses which will inform a future planning application for the site.
