Buy with confidence
This scheme is for businesses who trade lawfully, provide good customer service and want to be recognised as approved by Trading Standards.
There is currently a 50% discount on the application fee.
Consumers
As a customer you can avoid rogue traders and be assured a business has been thoroughly checked for:
- qualified and experienced staff
- criminal records
- being fully insured
- operating legally and honestly
- high levels of customer service
We advise customers to shop around and make sure that you’re doing business with the right contractor for you.
We make every effort to thoroughly check traders before they’re able to join the Buy with Confidence scheme, however we cannot guarantee that their work will never result in a complaint.
