General

Carriageway skid resistance testing will be taking place next week on Friday 19 March, between 7:30am and 6pm, at the Peaks Lane and Station Road roundabout in New Waltham.

The testing follows a number of reports from local residents of vehicle slips at the roundabout. If a fault with the surface is identified, plans will be made to relay the surface and address the concerns.

Works will take one day to complete, with temporary traffic signals in place throughout the works.

North East Lincolnshire Council’s regeneration partner, ENGIE, will manage and oversee the works with contractor, Humberside Materials Lab, carrying out the testing.
