Local business, Made In Grimsby, has been chosen as a #SmallBiz100 company this year and will be showcased across Government’s Small Business Saturday’s social media channels on Wednesday 10 November – the same day the Small Business Saturday tour comes to into Great Grimsby for the third time.

As part of their 24-town and city tour across the UK, including this Wednesday, there will be live-streamed interviews with inspirational local small businesses, virtual workshops and mentoring, daily Happy Hours on Instagram with amazing small biz prizes and much more! 

You can follow this year’s zero emissions roadshow every weekday on the SBS social media channels and take part in their free online “The Tour” Webinars that cover a range of small business topics too.  The tour will be situated at St James Square.

Also on Wednesday 10 November in Grimsby, the Loyal to Local campaign team will be taking the opportunity to meet as many small businesses as possible that day so are putting on two informal networking sessions in the morning. Come and grab a coffee with us and say hello! We’d love to see you!

Networking session 1 – 8.15am to 9.30am at St James Hotel

Pop in to St James Hotel for a coffee/tea and bacon butty and meet the team from Loyal to Local: colleagues from North East Lincolnshire Council, Investment Hub and e-Factor. Networking session 2 – 10.30am to 11.30am at Grimsby Minster (head for the café area)

A friendly get together at Grimsby Minster for non-networkers, this is an opportunity to have a quick catch up over a coffee with the Loyal to Local team and then pop over to meet the Small Business Saturday tour members and learn more about the big day itself, Saturday 4 December.
