Changes to bus stop timetables across North East Lincolnshire

1:47 pm, Wednesday, 2nd December 2020 - 3 years ago

General

Printed timetable information in bus stops across North East Lincolnshire is being removed in response to a number of timetable changes from local bus operators due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

To avoid outdated information being provided to passengers, generic posters and information will be used in place of the timetables. This will include a link to access the most up-to-date timetable information on Stagecoach’s website, along with other useful public transport information.

The introduction follows concerns raised by ward councillors that the current information being provided to local passengers is not up-to-date.

Bus stops with Real Time Information stands installed will continue to provide up-to-date information about the next bus services arriving at the stop.

North East Lincolnshire Council and its partner, ENGIE, will continue to liaise with bus operators and when timetables become more permanent, printed timetables will return to the bus stops.
