Council reception opening times

Due to refurbishment works, the public reception at the Municipal Offices of North East Lincolnshire Council, in Town Hall Square, Grimsby will be closing to the public from 4pm tomorrow (Friday 15 December), re-opening on Monday 8 January, 2024.

Telephone lines are open as usual and information about services is available on the council website www.nelincs.gov.uk

Anyone needing to speak to someone can contact the council by phone as usual on 01472 313131. The lines will be open as normal until Thursday 21 December. They will then reopen from Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December, 8.30am to 5pm, with a limited service on these days in line with essential services open over Christmas.

Phone lines will then re-open as normal from Tuesday 2 January 2024 at 8.30am.
