General

In line with Government guidance and service impacts on issuing and renewing blue badges, penalty charge notices (PCNs) will not be issued to residents displaying blue badges with an expiry date of 1 January 2020 onwards.

Residents with expired badges can avoid a delay in issuing and apply online at Apply, renew, replace or cancel Blue Badge.
