COVID-19: New and replacement bus pass changes

In response to the latest national lockdown, the bus pass issuing sites in North East Lincolnshire have changed their renewal process to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

Centre4  

New and replacement bus passes will be continuing at Centre4 on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment, call (01472) 236688.

Grimsby Central Library  

The library will be closed and applications at this site will be temporarily unavailable.

AGE UK Cleethorpes  

AGE UK will be closed and applications at this site will be temporarily unavailable.

Immingham Civic Centre Community Hub  

Immingham Civic Centre Community Hub will be closed and applications at this site will be temporarily unavailable.

NELC Contact Centre

Residents who are unable to attend Centre4 can renew their bus pass by calling the council’s contact centre on (01472) 313131.

The council’s contact centre will take all details required for the renewal and the new pass will be posted out to applicants.
