COVID-19: New and replacement bus pass changes

In response to the latest national lockdown restrictions, the bus pass issuing sites in North East Lincolnshire have changed their renewal process to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

AGE UK Cleethorpes  

Bus passes (new and replacements) will only be issued on Wednesdays throughout the lockdown on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment at AGE UK, call (01472) 344976, option 2. On arrival, you will need to knock on the door and wait to be let in. 

Centre4  

Bus passes (new and replacements) will be continuing at Centre4 on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment, call (01472) 236688.

Grimsby Central Library  

The library will be closed during the lockdown and applications at this site will be temporarily unavailable.

Immingham

Immingham Civic Centre Community Hub will be closed and will not be holding appointments for new bus passes. Residents who need to renew their bus passes can do so by ringing (01472) 313131. Residents who need to apply for a new bus pass can visit either Age UK Cleethorpes or Centre4 by making an appointment.

NELC Contact Centre

Residents who are unable to attend one of the issuing sites can renew their bus pass by calling the council’s contact centre on (01472) 313131.

The council’s contact centre will take all details required for the renewal and the new pass will be posted out to applicants.
