Staff are simply having a wonderful Christmas time at the Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre, so why not bring your children to join in the fun at their seasonal craft workshops.

Along with carols, cards, cakes and crackers, craft is a much-loved Christmas tradition that they’d love to share with you.

The first workshop takes place on Saturday 9 December when the activity will be making button cards and gift tags.

The second takes place the following week on Saturday 16 December where you’ll be making fir cone Christmas trees.

Both events run from 11am to 12 noon in the centre’s education room and are open to children aged five and upwards (who must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

Places must be booked in advance by calling the centre on (01472) 323345. The cost is £7 per child, pay on the day, and all materials will be provided.
