Who are we?
We are a team of wellbeing workers who offer FREE one to one and group support to North East Lincolnshire residents aged 18+. We are available in your community or virtually over the phone, and will work with you to identify your needs and support you in setting wellbeing goals in your life.

How the service works
Sometimes, when you have a lot going on in life, it can be difficult working out where to start. We will work with you to help you set wellbeing goals in your life, and will give you lots of support to smash those goals!
You will be allocated a Wellbeing Worker who will give you the time and space to talk, whilst providing support.

We are also available for smoking appointments, which must be pre-arranged for new clients.

Maternal wellbeing support
We now offer specialist maternal wellbeing support for those who:
- Are planning a pregnancy;
- Are currently pregnant; or
- Have a baby under 12 months old.
