Come and join us at Top Town Market, say existing traders.

Small businesses, start ups and creatives are invited to join Grimsby Top Town Market for pop-up trading in the run-up to Christmas.

With Christmas edging closer, and Grimsby Top Town Market enjoying extended opening hours as we get nearer to the big day, new traders are invited to take up a stall to boost their Christmas sales.

Under the offer, traders can take a stall for just £20 a day, or £30 for two days within the same week. Sellers can use this offer as many times as they like from now until the market closes for Christmas on 23 December.

This offer provides the perfect opportunity for small sellers, including those who are work full-time whilst setting up their own business, to take out a physical stall from which to trade at the busiest time of the retail calendar.

There are also three Farmer’s Market dates left in this year’s calendar:

  • Friday 20 October
  • Friday 17 November
  • Friday 15 December

Based in Victoria Street, outdoor food, art and craft traders can benefit from the footfall of one of Grimsby’s main shopping streets. Interested sellers can take a pre-provided pitch for the Farmer’s Markets for just £24 a day and join other successful businesses including the award-winning Redhill Farm and Sticky Fingers Cakes and Bakes to maximise their festive sales.

Vikki Wilson, Property Services Manager at Equans, who operates Grimsby Top Town Market on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council said “Even though everyone’s purses are tight at the moment, we know that people will still want to grab a bargain in the run up to Christmas and make the most of this special time of year. North East Lincolnshire has some amazing small businesses and creative start-ups who could really benefit from this incentive, helping to get their products under people’s Christmas trees.”
