General

New finger post signs highlighting key areas of Cleethorpes are due to be installed this week as part of the plans to update signage around the resort over the coming years.

The signs, supplied by Broxap, were due to be installed last year, but materials were delayed due to COVID-19.

McCanns will be installing the signs next week on Lower Kingsway near the leisure centre and on the North Prom near the exit from Station Approach.

There will be some localised pedestrian management within the immediate areas to make sure there’s a safe working area during the installations.

The works have been funded through the Humber and East Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (formerly the Humber LEP) as part of the Coastal Community Fund project.
