THE MARRIAGE ACT 1949 (AS AMENDED) THE MARRIAGES, CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 2005 AND MARRIAGES (SAME SEX COUPLES) ACT 2013 AND THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (Opposite-Sex Couples) REGULATIONS 2019
North East Lincolnshire Borough Council, being the Authority for the purposes of The Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) Regulations 2005, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made by Simon Fisher of Millfields Hotel, 53 Bargate, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN34 5AD being the General Manager of premises situated at and known as Grimsby Sports and Racquets Club Ltd, T/A Millfields Hotel, 53 Bargate, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN34 5AD, for approval of those premises for the solemnisation of marriage in pursuance of Section 26 of the Marriage Act 1949 and Marriages (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013 and as a place at which two people may register as civil partners of each other in pursuance of Section 6 of the Civil Partnerships Act 2004 and The Civil Partnership (Opposite-Sex Couples) Regulations 2019.

Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of approval of such application, with reasons for the objection by 8th February 2021.
